Google is reportedly working on a new device to compete with Apple's popular AirTag. According to [1], The Verge obtained an image of what they call the "Google Pixel Tag." This small oval-shaped item tracker uses Google's Find My Device network, which now goes by the name Find Hub. It appears shortly before Google’s planned hardware launch event for August 12th.
The same outlet also provided details about the upcoming Pixel 11 lineup in [2]. Android Headlines claims to have the specs and price for all Pixel 11 models. The base model is expected to cost $899, with a $100 increase from its predecessor, while offering 256GB of storage instead of the previous 128GB. Both the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL are predicted to have price hikes to $1,099 and $1,299 respectively.
Additionally, all models in the lineup will feature the new Tensor G6 chip along with Titan M3 security features. However, it's worth noting that both the base model Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL are expected to have a reduced RAM of just 12GB each, compared to their predecessors.
